Tests for the Database3 class.

Create an instance of the class that will use the named test method when executed. Raises a ValueError if the instance does not have a method with the specified name.

test_writeToDB()

Test writing to the database.

Get the h5 file for the database, because that file format is language-agnostic.

makeHistory()

Walk the reactor through a few time steps and write them to the db.
